Strawberry season at last

Some days you look forward to all year. Tomorrow is one: the first strawberries come in from the farm near Kaarst, picked at dawn, on the cake by midday.

That is why it tastes of strawberry and not of aeroplane. Not being able to start in February is not a sacrifice — it is the whole point.

It is here until the end of July, then that is it until next May. For a whole cake, order two days ahead in your shop.
