The Knopp card is free, ready over the counter in any of our shops, and tied to no conditions. You put it on the counter, we add your points, done.
If you would rather not carry it in your wallet: your mobile number works just as well.

One point per euro, on everything. 250 points are five euro of credit, with no deadline and no expiry.

Two cards, one account
The Knopp card comes as a card for your wallet and as a card for your phone. You can have both — it is one account, one balance of points, one credit. What you collect in Bilk with your phone, you spend at Carlsplatz with the plastic one.
The card for your wallet
There straight away, valid straight away — handed to you over the counter in any shop.
- No form, no email address: your name and your shop are enough.
- A barcode for the till and a chip to tap — both on the same card.

- A second card for the family? Ask at the counter, it costs nothing.
The card for your phone
It sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — hold up the phone and that is it.
- We send you the link by text; you tap “Add” once.
- Your points and your credit are on the card and update themselves.
- Near one of our shops, the card offers itself on your lock screen.
- New phone? The card comes with you — it belongs to the account, not the device.
Both together works too: the plastic one in your wallet for the day it matters, the digital one for every other day.

What we store
We store your name, your shop and your points. No shopping profiles, nothing sold on, and no advertising by post unless you want it. You can delete the card in any shop, in a minute.
Lost your card
Lost your card? Tell us and we block it, then move your points and your credit onto a new one. Your name and the shop you got it from is all we need.
